The smallest concrete batching plant by Atlas can produce about 8-9 m3 of concrete per hour, essentially classifying it as a mini concrete batching plant. On the larger scale, our stationary concrete plants can produce up to 200 m3/hr. These are ideal for constant concrete production at a single location.

Our smaller plants, known as RM series using reversible drum mixers, have capacities of 8-9 m3/hr and 12-13 m3/hr. These compact units are easy to use and ensure quality ready mix concrete. Each of the three bins for aggregate, sand, and cement are equipped with load cells. Water is weighed separately, and the reversible drum mixer combines all materials. Available with electric motors or diesel engines, these models are user-friendly.

Our portable concrete batch plant sizes range from 10 m3 to 30 m3 per hour with various models featuring different designs based on size. These plants have four bins for aggregates and sand, separate weighing provisions for cement and water, and different mixing units such as pan mixers, twin shaft mixers, or planetary mixers. Operations are managed from a control cabin with a centralized panel.

These larger, fully mobile plants are excellent for long-distance transport. They feature four bins for aggregates and sand, individual weighing for cement and water, and a twin shaft mixer. Quick to erect on site, they don’t need heavy foundation work, allowing for rapid assembly and site shifting. The control panel is housed within a foldable control cabin.

The stationary type of batching plant is manufactured in capacities ranging from 30 to 200 m3 / hr. These plants feature modular structures that can be loaded into containers, with components proportioned to meet the required capacity. Larger plants like the 90 m3/hr model are naturally larger than those of 45 m3/hr capacity, needing more space and time for setup. These plants are perfect for continuous concrete production at a single location.
